Glossary
The words, in plain language.
What each word in ImaginAItion OS means, in a sentence or two.
- ImaginAItion OS (said “Imagination OS”)
- One operating system for a whole business: hundreds of applications and interfaces, all connected, all under one roof, with AI built in. Owned by the members who use it, through the nAItion.
- Industry OS
- Everything in ImaginAItion OS, plus modules made for one field, AI agents that already know that field, and the hardware for its spaces (door access, cameras, sensors, the till).
- CanopyAI OS
- The industry OS for property management: work orders, dispatch, applications, leases and renewals, unit turns, a resident portal.
- AscendAI OS
- The industry OS for gyms and wellness: members, programs, workouts, check-ins and billing in one place.
- TradesAI OS
- The industry OS for the trades: jobs, crews and dispatch, in the office and in the field.
- MerchantAI OS
- The industry OS for stores, online and in person: the storefront, orders, stock and customers.
- Module
- One working part of the business inside the OS, such as Contacts & CRM, Billing & payments or the Content calendar.
- Department
- A category the modules are grouped by: Customers, Sales, Marketing, Service, Delivery, Finance, People, Operations. A way to find modules, not a place you go.
- App
- How a business arranges its modules: you put the modules you use into your own apps (Marketing, Sales, Service), as many as you need.
- Capability
- The smallest working piece the OS counts: a screen, a report or an action. Modules are made of capabilities.
- Starter pack
- A ready set of modules to begin with, such as CRM Basics, Accounting Basics or Website Basics.
- AI specialist
- An AI agent that works in one part of the business, such as the Account Manager, the CFO or the Content Strategist.
- The orchestrator
- The one AI above the specialists. Tell it what you need: it hands the work to the right specialist, follows it through, and comes back to you for the yes.
- The orb
- How your AI shows itself in the OS. Wherever the orb appears, your AI is at work.
- Truecast
- Video calls between people, built into the OS: a customer, a tech and a senior can see the same thing and fix it on the call.
- AI Vision
- When the AI takes the call: it reads what the camera sees and helps resolve it, or brings in a person.
- The exchange
- Where outside AIs (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini or your own) post work for your OS. Nothing lands in the OS until a person says yes.
- Credits
- Each membership tier includes a monthly bucket of credits for the work your AI does. Content and site building use the most. Extra credits cost the standard rate plus 25%; credits reset each month.
- Membership tier
- Starter, Small or Mid: the monthly price for ImaginAItion OS, set by team size and never a cap on users. Every tier is a nAItion membership.
- Startup fee
- A one-time fee that covers moving your data in, connecting the tools you keep, and giving your agents access to any system that isn't moved.
- The nAItion (said “the nation”)
- The member-owned collective that owns the AI. Every paid member shares in its revenue pool, by tier.
- Revenue pool
- The share of the nAItion's revenue that paid members share in, weighted by tier.
