Gyms & wellness

AIscend OS

Your clients rise. So does the business.

A gym is people showing up. AIscend OS keeps every member's plan, workouts and billing in one place.

What you open on day one

Every screen here works today.

Run the gym

  • Gym overview. How many programs are running, how many sets have been logged, and your most active members.
  • Members. Everyone on your books. Search them, and open one to see their whole picture.
  • Billing. Invoices sent and paid.
  • Member portal. A private link for each member. They see only their own programs, workouts and habits.

Train

  • Programs. Build a training program and give it to a member.
  • Workout log. Each week's workouts for a member, and the sets they actually did.
  • Coach camera. Capture a clip of a member's form. You review it and write your own score and notes.
  • Check-ins. How a member says the week went.
  • Habits. Small daily things, ticked off.

Look after

  • Nutrition. A member's daily targets and the food they logged against them.
  • Health numbers. Bring in a wearable's export: heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, sleep and weight.

Sell

  • Orders. What your shop sold.
  • Store customers. Who bought.
  • Inventory. What's on the shelf.

Fourteen screens work today, and a member's whole week is in them.

Coming next: AIscend Coach Cam

A coach's eye on every set.

AIscend Coach Cam: a small camera that sticks to the rack with a magnet. It streams every working set over Truecast to the orchestrator in AIscend OS. AI Vision reads each rep while the member lifts, and the coach sees form, depth and tempo on their screen.

  1. 1

Stick it to the rack. A magnetic mount, no tripod. It pairs to the member in seconds and streams over Truecast.

  2. 2

AI Vision watches every set. A knee caving in, the bar drifting forward, a rep that missed depth: flagged on the coach's tablet as it happens.

  3. 3

The coach steps in. Pull a short clip, draw on it and send it to the member's app. Each member gets a weekly form report.

AIscend Coach Cam is in development. It works for remote coaching too: the Coach Cam ships to the member's own gym, and the coach watches from anywhere.
